All of the information around their personal profiles, salary expectations, their current position in the placement. You can now look up a profile and understand quickly where that candidate is in the hiring process without having to talk to a colleague.

Advancement in database technologies has made the process far easier and more transparent, increasing return-on-investment and employee productivity.

For management the ability to track KPIs across the business, revenue against budgets and team performance is helped by these databases. It allows them to quickly see where employees need support and where processes within the business can be improved.
