Senior Support Engineer - Buckinghamshire - £40,000 - £47,500

Responsibilities:

Develop, build, and maintain technical and personal rapport with clients.

Be a lead Print Engineer within the business

Customer facing support

Remote support

All printer focused

Try and find solutions to problems and fix them – “prevent not just cure”

Identify root cause if customer escalations and strive towards a "zero rework" mindset

Ensure high levels of incident ownership through incident lifecycle to a satisfactory conclusion

Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales
