The role of a Business Analyst (BA) is to support an Agile Continuous Delivery framework by following a collaborative approach across three key phases: Discover, Mobilisation, and Run.
You must have experience as a Business Analyst within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI reports, and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Clarizen or Qorus.
Discovery Phase:Goal: Identify business needs, define high-level scope, and assess feasibility
- Gather business and technical requirements, assess current infrastructure, and identify risks
- Creating high-level roadmaps
- Start building the initial backlog
Mobilisation Phase:Goal: Refine requirements, set up Agile teams, and establish governance
- Refine high-level requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and validate technical feasibility
- Define acceptance criteria and delivery approach
- Create a stakeholder communication plan to ensure business, operations and support teams are in sync
Run Phase: Goal: Deliver infrastructure/package services iteratively and support ongoing improvements
- Clarify and adapt requirements during sprint execution, track performance with KPIs, and facilitate testing
- Continuously update the backlog and address feedback
- Identify efficiency gains, cost savings and automation opportunities
This role is ideal for a data-savvy finance professional who excels in analysing utilisation and performance metrics, producing pipeline reports, and supporting strategic initiatives for leadership.
