My client is looking for a Head of Microsoft Cloud and be responsible for the team as well as still being hands on yourself (D&I) across M365 and Azure technologies.

It is a hybrid role which is split between your home and London. Their team have the same model and they feel it’s important to have everyone in, driving culture and driving excellence in their organisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team


• Be someone people look up too


• Be “respected and liked” in organisation


• Work closely with SLT and conduct consistent meetings re Cloud progress


• Understanding Cloud Adoption Framework


• Understanding Security across 365 & Azure


• Make everything repeatable by productizing solutions across 365 & Azure


• Be the go-to for key cloud technology engagements


• Conduct customer meetings and cloud health checks


• Work closely with sales teams and managed services to ensure smooth transition through project lifecycle

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in managing Microsoft 365 migrations at an Enterprise level


• Azure, IaaS, PaaS, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateways


• Co-Pilot, Entra ID, Identity and Access Management, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange, Data Loss Prevention Policies and Data Life Cycle processes


• Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills


• Keen problem-solving skills (Analytical and Creative)


• Interpreting client requirements to identify potential challenges whilst demonstrating potential returns on their investment


• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work


• Ability to manage multiple workloads through efficient time management and communication with prioritisation as required

Qualifications:

• Candidates with the following Microsoft Certifications are desired for this role


• 
  MS–102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert


• 
  SC–300 – Identity and Access Administrator Associate


• 
  SC–400 – Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate


• 
  AZ-104 – Azure Administrator Associate


• 
  AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Expert


• 
  AZ-140 – Azure Virtual Desktop Speciality
