The past month or so has been a challenging one for all members of our society.

We’re incredibly proud to be a part of a nation where we are supported and kept safe by key workers in the NHS, public transport, supermarkets, utilities, emergency services and so many other sectors.

To those people we say thank you and offer our upmost gratitude for the essential part you are playing in this crisis.

On top of simply staying at home to reduce the spread of covid-19, attention for us turned to how we can continue on our mission as a business and how best we can play our part.

It’s important in times like these to take a step back and to appreciate that on top of the amazing effort our key workers are demonstrating on the ground, every single individual has a part to play in helping our society and communities to come out of this with as strong a footing as possible.

We inhabit a complex ecosystem of roles and processes, with one person’s work affecting another who affects another and so on.

So on top of government advice, how best can we play our part?

Well at InfraView we’re happy to say it’s business as usual in terms of our commitment to our candidates and clients.

One of the reason’s we love our niche is the ease with which technology is adopted. Our clients are continuing to hire and onboard remotely, meaning top opportunities are arriving on the market for those looking to take the next step in their careers.

We’re having fantastic conversations with candidates and clients and are using our market knowledge and insight to help calm worries in our niche around the effects of the covid-19 pandemic.

We have also been encouraging our team to volunteer time away from work to help vulnerable individuals who need help in our local communities.

By doing what we can to help our customers and communities in our local area, we’re doing our part to help those affected.
